Request permanent deletion of your SPORTR account and the personal data associated with it.

How it works

What happens.

Submit the form below with the email address linked to your SPORTR account. We’ll verify the request by email, then permanently delete your account within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted

Your profile, name, photo, and login details
Your events, activity history, messages, and ratings
Your reliability score and badges

What we may keep

Where the law requires it, we retain a limited set of records — for example, payment and transaction data for up to 10 years (Swiss Code of Obligations). Everything else is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. See our Privacy Policy for details.
